Confidence = Trust or faith in a person or thing; A feeling of assurance; The state or quality of being certain; belief in one’s own abilities; self-assurance; something confided or entrusted.

Synonyms:  confidence, assurance, aplomb, self-confidence, self-possession.

Example – I am telling you this in strict confidence.

Usage in Sentence: Confidence in, not to.

Don’t say: I have great confidence to you.

  •   Say: I have great confidence in you.
